According to a visiting US psychologist Dr Livingstone, that after air, water and food, there are four basic requirements we need to live an abundant, healthy and stimulating lifestyle:-
Somewhere to be - Adequate and affordable accommodation with secure tenure
Something to do - Participating in an activity one enjoys doing and is passionate about.
Some people to be with - Living with friends and sharing meal times and other activities
Something to look forward to - Aging in place comfortably with friends until ones duration.
